Online Reports & Searches
Townsville Online Products and Services (TOPS)
TOPS is Townsville City Council's system for submitting and paying for Property Searches and other products online. You no longer have to obtain, complete and deliver paper forms to Council, and then pay for the services separately. TOPS allows you to request the following reports and services online:
- Property Search
- Rates Statement
- Special Water Meter Reading
- Ownership Search.
You can also access the building and planning records search on our website.
If you are a new and/or an occasional user of TOPS, you can register your details and submit an application immediately, paying by credit card. If you are a frequent user, you may apply to become a TOPS account holder with Council. ;Account holders are billed on a regular (usually weekly) basis.
You can:
- download a Request for Credit Form (PDF, 164.0 KB)
- contact Accounts Receivable to request a form on 13 48 10.
Reports will be delivered to you within the times specified in the 'View Details' section (located under each search option). You can choose to have the report emailed, posted or made available for collection, however we recommend you choose to have the report emailed to you for the fastest delivery.
