General Information

Thuringowa Park Playground – located on the corner of Dalrymple Road and Kern Brothers Drive – underwent an upgrade in 2024.

The playground renewal included:

  • Replacement of play equipment with more play options including swings, themed springers, percussion, and imaginative play.
  • Installation of new shade sails, picnic tables and seating.
  • Renewal of the drinking fountain and new perimeter fencing, landscaping including irrigation.

The park also features a dog park with exercise equipment for dogs, an electric barbecue with picnic tables and exercise equipment.
