Peggy Banfield Park

General Information

Peggy Banfield Park is a multi-use recreation space that offers a little bit for everyone. An inclusive feature of note is the junior playground which is accessible via concrete pathways leading onto rubber softfall and includes a fenced space with ground level play panels among slides, rockers and swings. There are numerous other play features throughout the park including a sit-in spinner, seesaw, play towers, climbing ropes, a basketball court and a skate park.

This accessible play environment uses inclusive equipment that welcomes kids and families of all abilities to learn, play and grow together.

Facilities include junior and senior playgrounds, fenced junior playground, shaded seating areas, toilet, off-street parking, concrete pathways, barbecues, basketball court, sports field, skate park, exercise trail and fenced off-leash dog park.
