All cats and dogs are desexed, wormed, treated with flea and tick prevention, vet-checked, microchipped, up-to-date with their vaccinations, and have received a ProHeart injection. All animals have been temperament assessed to ensure they are suitable for rehoming.

The Animal Care and Adoption Centre is located at 69 Tompkins Road, Shaw.
Visits are by appointment only.
To book an appointment to view, or retrieve, a missing animal, please phone 0457 769 362.
If you have found a stray or wandering animal and want to report this to Council, please contact us on 13 48 10.
To retrieve a missing animal in Council’s care, we must be contacted within five days from the date found.
What you need to know:
Animals not collected after 5 days from the date the animal was found will be tested for rehoming suitability through the Animal Care and Adoption Centre.
