Townsville City Council crews have successfully completed repairs on the second affected pipe and water supply is now restored.
Residents are advised that emergency water restrictions have now been lifted, and to revert to usual water conservation measures.

Council crews are continuing investigations this morning into a possible broken water main leading into the suburb of Cungulla.
Immediate action is underway to minimise disruption. Cungulla may experience water pressure loss or intermittent supply.
Council is asking residents to conserve water limiting to indoor use only and to restrict any outdoor water use until further notice.
