Named after their debut EP, this intimate show features songs that are rooted in intimate storytelling, underpinned by intricate guitar with Lior and Domini’s close vocal harmonies as the focal point of the songs.
Reminiscent of iconic folk stars of the 60s, such as Joni Mitchell, Crosby, Stills & Nash and Simon & Garfunkel, this talented duo has developed a signature sound featuring vocal harmonies and fingerpicked guitar.
“In singing together, Domini and I discover a pair who can weave in and out of each other’s shadow,” Lior said.
“Somehow, we sense one another’s vocal nuances in real time. It is a rare musical synergy, one we felt compelled to capture in a collaborative project.”
This unique show has earnt rave reviews right across the country and Community and Cultural Development Committee Chairperson Cr Ann-Maree Greaney was delighted Townsville audiences would get the chance to see this intimate and polished offering.

“Townsville Civic Theatre has a bumper schedule of top-notch shows and performances this year and Animal in Hiding is sure to be a night to remember on Saturday, 18 March.”
