Spoiled fur choice, cats on sale now!

Date published: 16 September 2020

Find your paw-fect companion this spring with a sale on cats at the Animal Care and Adoption Centre.

Cats will be available for adoption for $30 from 16 September and will be desexed, microchipped, had their first vaccination and will come with the Townsville City Council permit for the year.

Community Health, Safety and Environmental Sustainability Committee chairperson Margie Ryder said for the next few weeks, every cat that comes into the Centre for adoption would be available for just $30.

“From 16 September until 3 October, all cats at the Centre will be available for $30 in an effort to find them a home that they can call their own,” Cr Ryder said.

“Every cat sold will be microchipped, desexed and had their first vaccination so they can move straight into their new homes.

“To ensure we remain COVID safe, we’re still asking anyone interested in adopting a new cat to make sure they book a time to visit the Centre.”
