Beaches re-opened across Townsville

Townsville’s beaches have been re-opened after testing cleared them of contamination following the unprecedented flood.

Stinger nets have been re-deployed at all major beaches, except Picnic Bay Beach which requires remediation works before the net can be reinstated.
