Land Slip Assessments for Mount Louisa
Townsville City Council engineers and geotech inspectors are assessing land slips in Mount Louisa resulting from heavy rainfall.
Residents in Glasgow Avenue and Kallanda and Nettleton Streets, Mount Louisa will be advised of any recommendations to evacuate when the technical assessment is complete.
Residents in the area who are concerned should try and relocate with friends or family, or residents can use one of the evacuation centres established.
