Flash flooding warning for Black River, Bluewater, Beach Holm, Toolakea and Yabulu

Properties in Black River, Bluewater, Beach Holm, Toolakea and Yabulu areas has experienced intense rainfall on top of already elevated flood levels. This is likely to cause fast moving and rapidly rising water levels leading to flash flooding.
Residents are advised to move to higher ground if concerned.
