World Wetlands Day event at Rowes Bay

Residents are invited to experience Rowes Bay as they’ve never seen it before this Sunday, February 5.
To celebrate World Wetlands Day, participants will join council’s Environmental Services staff to get a glimpse of the Rowes Bay Wetland at sunset and discover some of the secrets that are hidden in plain sight.
Hands On Wildlife and Ranger Dan will be there with native plant giveaways, sausage sizzle and more.
Two fantastic prize packs are also up for grabs.
Participants are asked to meet at the Rowes Bay Sustainability House at 56 Cape Pallarenda Road, Rowes Bay at 4.30pm. The event will end at 6.30pm.
