Townsville City Council has handed down its budget and operational plan for the 2024/25 financial year.

The Townsville City Council 2024/25 Budget and Operational Plan is a responsible budget delivering a strong future for Townsville.

The $868.1 million budget prioritises core services, such as reliable bin collections, safe roads and tidy streets, parks and open spaces to enjoy.

This budget was adopted at the Special Council Meeting on Wednesday 26 June 2024.
