Townsville Access Mapping

Townsville Access Mapping (TAM)

Do you want access to Land Information from your desktop? Townsville Access Mapping (TAM) offers a number of free and subscription services (aimed at property and development professionals) that allows you to query data and print maps to suit your specific needs.

Introduction

TAM uses ESRI ArcIMS software to provide online (internet-based) access to information about Townsvilles infrastructure, utilities, cadastre, property, topography and vegetation. Basic information in TAM is available free of charge, and subscription services are available to people and organisations who want access to more detailed information. This can help householders, designers, real estate agents and developers, surveyors, planners, constructors, asset managers, management and plant operators (and many other professionals) to access information that assists in creating safer work environments, improving financial efficiency, environmental management, urban planning, infrastructure management and adding value to the urban amenities of Townsville.

To learn how to use TAM, you can access a slideshow about each product from the TAM welcome screen, or use the Help icon [?] for assistance within the TAM application. If you have signed up for one of our subscription services, we can offer in-house training to help your get the most out of TAM. Please contact Land Information Services to arrange a training session.
