Only current RADF application forms and outcome report forms will be accepted. Be sure to use only these forms as there may be others in circulation that might be out of date.

When submitting budget information for either an application or outcome report, use only the budget page contained in the RADF forms – do not devise your own.

It is important to note that if awarded a grant through the RADF program, copies of all receipts must be included with the submission of the outcome report.

Applicants are advised to read the RADF Guidelines and any revisions to the Guidelines before submitting an application. Revisions to the Guidelines and up-to-date information may be accessed at Arts Queensland. The Townsville RADF Committee encourages prospective applicants to discuss ideas about their applications with Council's RADF Liaison Officer.

Applicants may be contacted during a committee assessment meeting to query aspects of their application. For this reason, please include a mobile phone number or suitable telephone number on your application form so that the committee may contact you.
