Waste Facilities Locations and Opening Hours
The Townsville City Council operates a number of dumps and transfer stations, open to the public for disposal of waste.
- Domestic oil (quantities up to 20L) can be deposited at designated sites at all waste facilities.
- Battery recycling areas, bulk domestic cardboard and domestic recycling facilities are located at the Hervey Range, Jensen, and Stuart Landfills.
