Townsville Citylibraries is calling all local artists to get creative and design their very own library card inspired by the theme – My Story of Townsville.

The top 3 winning designs will be printed into limited edition library cards.

Citylibraries Public Holiday Operating Hours

All Townsville Citylibraries branches will be closed on Friday 25 April 2025 for the Anzac Day Public Holiday. All branches will reopen on Saturday 26 April 2025.

All Townsville Citylibraries branches will be closed on Monday 5 May 2025 for the Labour Day Public Holiday. All branches will reopen on Tuesday 6 May 2025.

While our branches are closed, you can still browse and borrow eAudiobooks, eBooks, eMagazines and online movies.
