Worinda Occasional Child Care Centre
This program provides high quality occasional childcare services and family support via provision of information, advice, and referral as required. Emergency care is offered where appropriate.
Occasional care is centre-based child care that supports families by providing flexible care for children. Families can access occasional care regularly on a sessional basis, or irregularly. Occasional care allows the flexibility to leave children for short periods of time in an early childhood learning environment to socialise and interact with other children.
Ages
The centre is licensed by the Department of Communities under the Child Care Act 2002 and Child Care Regulations 2003 for:
- Children from 6 weeks to 2 years
- Children from 2 years to 3 years
- Children from 3 years to 5 years
- School age children in school holidays
Location
The centre is located at Hodges Crescent, Vincent, next door to the Vincent Primary School.
Operating Hours
Worinda is currently closed due to damage sustained in the weather event on March 20 2012. The approximate reopening date is Monday 28 May 2012.
